- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Alberta, Canada, in accordance with the rules of Alberta Arbitration and Mediation Society (AAMS). You agree to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
